Sample taking time should be within 48 hours before boarding flights either to the transit country or to China. Foreign passengers must apply with the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in BOTH countries for certified Health Declaration Forms (HDF) with certificates of negative results of BOTH tests.Designated Hungarian test institutions can be found in Attachment I.

Passengers taking vehicles from Hungary to transit countries do not need to do the tests in Hungary.

The two Chinese Embassies/Consulates will review and certify the two HDFs and email back to the passengers. Passengers need to print out the HDFs and bring to the airports for check in. The airlines flying directly to China will check the second HDF issued by the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in the transit country before boarding.
