The Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China,adopted at the 27th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on June 30, 2012, comes into force as of July 1, 2013.

From Sep 1st, 2013, the Chinese Embassy will start using new Visa Application Form (Form V.2013 ).The Embassy will continue to accept applications made on the previous version of form until Oct 1st 2013.
